Purposeful IKE (PIKE)

Purposeful IKE (PIKE) is a private company specializing in computational drug repurposing. The company has developed an in-house Machine Learning framework to integrate existing data in order to uncover toxicity patterns and additional uses of existing drugs. PIKE has proven experience in developing cheminformatics and bioinformatics tools, combined in standalone well-validated workflows to implement grouping and read-across.

Role in the project:

In the SUNSHINE project PIKE will contribute to WP3 by developing machine learning algorithms for discovering correlations/association relationships among material properties and biological effects in order to inform grouping of MCNMs and propose options for read-across.
